Cancellation Policy:
7 Days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no show – Full cancellation fee
7 – 14 Days prior to arrival – 75% cancellation fee
14 – 21 Days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
21 – 28 Days prior to arrival – 25% calcellation fee

  • A credit card is required on confirming a reservation, after which a 50% deposit will be taken, balance to be paid on day of departure.
  • Celtic Manor levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed.
  • Minimum 3 nights stay required if your booking is between 23 December and 10 January.
  • All Christmas & New Years bookings need to be secured with a 50% deposit within 10 days of making the booking, otherwise your booking can be released without notice.
